Mr. Reddy has 30 years experience in the planning, design and project management of Healthcare, University and Research projects. He is the architect of record for over 750 projects including new construction, major renovations, and adaptive re-use.

Martin Reddy is very experienced in the critical initial decision-making and start-up activities of the design process. He is an expert in constructability issues, realistic construction cost estimates, design process management, as well as with the "big picture" coordination of Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical/Electrical sub-systems. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at symposiums regarding the renovation of historic buildings., healthcare facility design and campus planning.
