Mr. Luks has an academic background and focused work experience concentrating on architectural engineering and the design of high technology projects. He is an expert CAD documentation specialist, trainer and coordinator. Phil has specialized skills in generating visualization models of exterior and interior design alternatives.
He directs the MRA technical staff and architectural technology operations. He has recent experience with healthcare facilities including surgical and patient care areas. Phil recently completed two orthopaedic surgery centers and several medical clinics. He is especially knowledgeable regarding compliance with building code, life-safety code, and ADA accessibility in healthcare occupancies, particularly in older and historic buildings.
Phil also has managed multiple biomedical research projects from design through construction. He has extensive experience in coordinating complex engineering and infrastructure systems in laboratory environments.
Mr. Luks regularly performs quality control reviews as part of MRA's quality assurance procedure.
